Do you know an impressive individual under the age of 18? Do you know a young person who represents the future leaders, change makers, and innovators in our community? Nominate them for the 2019 Junior Achievement 18 Under 18 Awards.

Submissions must include completion of all required application fields (below) with examples demonstrating an exemplary track record in all four of the judging criteria categories, one letter of reference, and a creative submission to support the nomination (e.g. photo, video, PowerPoint, etc.). Each component of a nominee submission will be considered in the four judging criteria categories and will be assigned points on a scale of    1 – 20, with 20 maximum points possible per category.

Entrepreneurial Spirit – show initiative/drive in starting something new or taking something to the next level
Leadership – illustrate leadership at school and/or in the community 
Making the Community Better – provide examples of giving back
Extraordinary Skillset – share skills and talents about the nominee's road to achieve success

Nominations will be reviewed by a panel of judges and pared down to 36 semi-finalists. From there, phone and Skype interviews will be held to determine the top 18 recipients. 

Junior Achievement

Honorees will be recognized at a special awards breakfast on April 13 and publicized on azcentral.

Nominations are open to anyone under the age of 18 years of age, regardless of gender and ethnicity, and who resides in Arizona. Must be under 18 years of age as of July 1, 2018.
